Hello, my name is Rita Clare.
I have over 15 years combined experience as a Psychotherapist and Coach. I bring a unique blend of therapeutic depth and solution-focused coaching strategies to help my clients achieve lasting transformation after breakup and during divorce.
I am fully a trained and accredited Sara Davison Breakup and Divorce Coach, guiding people like you, and providing clarity during the divorce process. I draw on my Human Givens Psychotherapy training to address unmet emotional needs and reduce anxiety, or take it out at its root, creating a strong foundation for clarity and resilience.
From my NLP training, I incorporate practical tools to reframe limiting beliefs, rewrite unhelpful patterns, and empower clients to take charge of their thoughts and behaviours.
My hypnotherapy training allows me to guide clients into a deeply relaxed state, where they can access their subconscious mind to release past trauma and create powerful, lasting change.
